Important Information

Laws of Malawi Chapter 53:08 only allows people who practice estate agency to be qualified and registered. It is therefore illegal for anyone to be practicing without having the necessary credentials.

iMORRCS has a system that allows you to still participate in the business as Property Scouts and get commission for your services. A property Scout is a person who identifies properties to let and for sale.

iMORRCS contacts with the landlord and signs agency mandate

Your commission is allocated to your platform and becomes payable to you when we let or sale the listed property (The commission is based on type of property)
